The Savannah House Inn is a historic boutique motel on 26 very scenic acres, overlooking Seneca Lake in the heart of Finger Lakes Wine Country and the Finger Lakes Beer Trail. Our Inn offers 8 private Queen guest rooms and one Deluxe Jacuzzi Suite, plus we have 8 private cottages (3 of which are lake front). Each room and cottage is individually decorated in a southern cottage style décor. Our rooms and cottages are exceptionally clean and guests often comment that they feel like oxygen, fresh air, and like home. They often say that their sleep was the best they have experienced in a long time.
The Savannah House Inn and Cottages are the perfect accommodations for romantic getaways, girls & bachelorette groups, family reunions, anniversary celebrations, and groups of friends touring the Wine Trail and/or Beer Trail. It is possible to stay together as a group in the same facility and to gather as a group on our grounds and have plenty of space and privacy to socialize and relax. Enjoy the hot tubs, charcoal grills, fire pits, picnic area, and connection to Mother Nature. With access to Seneca Lake, hiking trails, horseback riding, kayak/bike rentals, the state boat launch, and dozens of local wineries and breweries, you are sure to enjoy your stay at our Inn or one of our Cottages. Add a private tour, in-room or in-cottage massages, or possibly a personal chef for a special occasion.

Our mission is to provide accommodations that, for each guest, feels like they are the first persons to stay in those accommodations.
We have 6 children, 17 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. This is a family business, and a member of the family lives at the Inn year-around, and personally runs the Inn, thus assuring the highest level of service. Previous to this, we have redone a number of interesting buildings, including the old Tally Ho Theater in Leesburg, Virginia in 2002.
